व्याख्या : अपराधों के मामले में राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर प्रदेश में 0.3 प्रतिशत मामले सामने आए और दर्ज किए गए मामलों के आधार पर उत्तर भारत के राज्यों में प्रदेश 2020 में सबसे कम हिंसक अपराधों वाला राज्य रहा। नार्थ जोन के अन्य राज्यों में राष्ट्रीय अनुपात के आधार पर उत्तराखंड में 0.86, पंजाब में 1.25 और हरियाणा में 2.91 प्रतिशत मामले दर्ज किए गए। जबकि राष्ट्रीय सूची में अपराधों को लेकर दिल्ली का योगदान 4.03 और जम्मू-कश्मीर में 0.43 प्रतिशत रहा।
